Shai's Blog - I'm happy that Shai Agassi has put some content about his post-SAP life at : The Long Tail Pipe. The podcast is a fascinating look at how he raised capital for some of the businesses he started here in the Silicon Valley.

Shai-less Sapphire

I've decided to compartmentalize aspects of my virtual life. The stuff you'll see on blogger will be focused on my professional life. I'm currently working at a company called SAP.

This week our annual user conference, called SAPPHIRE, began in Atlanta, Georgia. The most notable change is the number of attendees: over 15,000! Huge by SAP standards. In any case, the other notable change is the absence of the former Executive Board member and President of the Product and Technology Group (PTG) of SAP, Shai Agassi. He resigned from SAP on March 28, 2007. I wonder how many of the 15,000 registered for Sapphire came with the intent of hearing from Shai present???

SAP TechEd 2006 - Las Vegas --> I'll BE there ! ! !

Greetings!!! Long time no blog...as you can see I'm a very active and consistent netizen...

SAP TechEd '06: I'll be there!SAP TechEd '06: I'll be there!

I'm fortunate to be attending my 3rd SAP TechEd. Thankfully as a participant, this time. I'm really looking forward to the value of this conference. More time to network and learn in more detail about all the great technology and other solutions SAP is providing.

Hope to see you there...(of course at the sessions not the tables...) =P

Good luck!

Greetings - My First Post

Hello-
This is James Guanzon. This is the second blog site I've created. I like this free stuff. It's a wonderful waste of time. If you've actually made it to this site, please post something so I know that someone actually came to visit. My other blog thingy was called Relative Obscurity, I always think of things I'd like to post while I'm driving but never actually make it to the web to post. Too bad you can't just dump what you're thinking into the web without all this typing.

In anycase, it's amazing how much things have evolved in terms of web authoring. No need to learn HTML syntax, uploading files via FTP, or doing something as basic as a connection to the internet to post some random garbage to the web. I like tech. I can't wait to see what the next 10 years brings in terms of making your self herd on the web. Oh...thanks for visiting!!!
Cheers,
james
